Not for me not that happens all the time.When it did I kind of was already way past the point of no return and just kept in mind not to squeeze too hard.Its not as gross to me.

Otherwise just go with a "hey it's the time of the month"; if the dude is not a drunken woodchucker he will understand then proceed as he likes telling you.
