The University of Texas hires an outside consulting firm to manage its investments. Well, this year, due to the economy, that fund has been hemorrhaging money at an alarming rate.
Yet, this year the University of Texas Board of Regents paid the CEO of that investment firm a $1 million bonus and gave $2.3 million in bonuses to other high ranking members of that investment firm.
Un-fucking-believable. These are friggin educators that basically work in public service. How the fuck can this still be going on?
