1. Click on "My Controls" near the top of the page.
2. On the left-hand side of the page under the "Options" section you'll see "Shoutbox Settings". Click on it.
3. The first option that comes up is "Which shoutbox appearence would you like to have showing?", change from regular to "Iframe".
4. Scroll down the page and locate "Your time for the shoutbox to refresh?". Enter how many seconds you'd like to wait before the Shoutbox automatically refreshes (5 or 10 seconds works good).
5. Click "Change My Shoutbox Settings", then you're set. If you choose "View the Shoutbox" it will appear with the new settings.
