So, I am assuming that you are saying that would now cost $45 to $50. I just can't imagine it lasting for nearly a month if you smoke as much as you say.

an ounce for myself can last a month easy. no seeds and stems usually

You will feel better in the mornings as well. that was how it worked out for me anyways. I suppose one thing about it is, if you go without it for a period of time then smoke just a little bit after say about a month or so, you will be higher than a kite like you were 15 again.

did you have problems with being depressed? my GF kinda worries I may go through a phase...

Be less specific. Are you serious? Ask me another question.
Your
GF kinda worries he or she may go through a phase?

Who said I had to make sense ?

I do that sometimes. I'll quit for like a week just so the next time I smoke I'll get silly high. It's fun.

Believe it or not, actually NO I didn't. No withdrawal of any kind whatsoever. Perhaps that is because I drank quite frequently though at the time. I really can't say for sure. To this day since then though I have had absolutely no desire whatsoever to smoke it again. I don't like the feeling anymore. I have only taken a puff or two here and then after a few beers. And those instants have been very few and far between. I hope it works that way for you. It certainly leaves some extra $$$$ in the pocket for other things if you smoked it that frequently.

well, i'm quite sure that i have a dependancy for the stuff so hopefully i can find another outlet. i've never been much of a drinker, don't really enjoy the taste nor do i like being around drunk people...but i think that was caused by my state of mind, being a pot head and all. this should be really interesting, i hope i survive Smile

I'll let you be in my dreams if I can be in yours

Dude I will give you one bit of serious advice, since I am pretty sure I am quite a bit older than you are. If you do give this up, more important than giving it up is that you don't replace it with another addictive vice. Odds are in 6 months you will be left with both. That ends this public service announcement, we will now return you to your normal viewing pleasure.

More or less its a stress issue, finding a way to wind down at the end of the day.

The second night there his friend Paul comes over with some super primo shit that only Cali produces. Keep in mind that I was starting my "quitting" process because we were planning on children in the next year so I may had smoked 2 or 3 times over the last 8 weeks. Well Paul comes in and packs this bong and we start smoking... After the first bowl I felt different than I ever had before. I would almost say that I felt like I was outta my body..... So 30 minutes or so go by and he packs another bowl. Well, this one sends me over the top. For some reason I start shakin like a leaf. Almost like I am cold but I wasn't. I couldn't handle it... I couldn't comprehend what they were talking about... I couldn't play PS2 with them... it was only like midnight/1 am. I got up and said I am going to bed... My buddy was like "dude you are only here for a couple of days... hang out for a while and enjoy your time here." I told him I was too tired.

I ended up going to bed (wife was sound asleep) and laying there for about 2 hours shaking like I was having a seizure. I heard Paul leave and I heard my buddy goto sleep..... That was the second to last time I ever smoked.....

Since that time Paul has broken two of our other buddies.. both from New Orleans.

dude, this is why i stopped smoking, lived in mendocino and was a grower and only smoked a few times a year

the shit is soooooooooooooo strong now, like a fukkin acid trip

i only knew one person who could smoke the good shit and get anything done, a good friend of mine, and i will never figure out how he did it

clay, if you stop for three months and smoke some strong shit, be prepared, you may think you are dying, lol

lol, a word to the wise is sufficient

Confusednarg:

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.
