now I like gumbo as much as the next coon ass...
but I don't understand why he has to mix everything up in it. I enjoy seafood gumbo.. and chicken and sausage gumbo.. but I don't understand why throw all of it together
This gumbo has shrimp, crabmeat, chicken, sausage and okra. I think the chicken and sausage ruins the seafood aspect.
