basically right now its KG for Jefferson straight up because green is a bust.They could have held out for Rondo instead of Telfair.

Drafted Rondo.The only huge mistake he made was drafting Green instead of Brandon Roy.I think he was helped too but he could have panicked and traded Pierce early in his tenure.

How about Danny Ferry for the Cavs?

Ainge isn't as terrible as Kerr or Mchale but he ins't great. I'm not sold he knew Rondo would be the glue to hold the championship team together.

Take Lebron off the cavs.... Then evaluate Ferry.

I don't see how you call Ainge terrible at all.He did draft Rondo despite your obvious inside info about him not knowing how good he was.They don't win without Rondo.If the Celts win another I don't know how you can't call him a great GM after what he's responsible for.

Ferry can't be evaluated until after this year.If the Cavs are shown to need another piece its Ferrys fault but I don't think you could call him terrible either way.Look what Kerr did to a good team.

Kerr is worse than Mchale.Mchale has always had to deal with players not wanting to play in Minnesota but he has made some huge mistakes.Remember though the wolves were starting to pull it together right before Malik Sealy was killed.
