KC strip cooked over a charcoal grill medium to medium well, with a slice of cheddar on top and some grilled green peppers and onions, grilled potatos in garlic butter, and grilled corn on the cob still in the husk with a tall glass of pepsi.
chicken fried steak, mashed potatos and gravy is another one of my favorites.
fried walleye is also $$$
biscuits and gravy over an over easy egg for breakfast
i need to masterbate now.

toss up.
either a really good slow cooked beef pot roast with potatos and carrots and onions and the whole nine yards. freash bread and cold beer to drink.
or
a really nice piece of fish (my favorite changes with the season) baked and seasoned properly with baked potato, butter and sour cream. freash bread again of course. wine to drink. a nice shiraz.

oh yeah, when i'm baked...reese's peanut butter cups from the freezer and milk or some pepsi and fruit roll ups, funyons are bomb...

Tuna is good.. but not one of my favorite. I really prefer the Red Snapper from my last trip as far as taste goes. However I usually buy Talipia (sp?) to cook.

Chef does it all them time...i guess you could say i like to eat shit then. as for cooking them right i wouldn't know how to cook them, usually get catfish in a restraunt.
