So after going downtown on Saturday night we headed back to our friends house. The guy tells me, "Oh, by the way I told my brother he and some of his vampire buddies could hang out at the place. Try not to laugh too hard," and his wife starts laughing hysterically. I had no idea what he was talking about. Just figured his teenage brother was a goth or something. But it was way beyond that.

I got to see my first glimpse of Live Action Roleplaying. Holy fucking Jesus. Apparently they were all into some battle or something. All I saw was a bunch of nerds playing rock paper scissors while wearing fake teeth and makeup. I am sure being inebriated added to the humor but damn..... That video everyone is always bringing up of the Dungeons and Dragons geeks playing does not do this shit justice. I have never laughed so hard in my life.
