Nota on the coffee
#1

Sorry folks but the coffee I take is ITALIAN coffee served on expresso (ya know the tiny cups).

Just wanted to tell you, tasted "american coffee" in mexico it tasted just horrible like if someone had pourred some cheese or left some old socks in the bowl.

you were in mexico, the southern part of north america
america is to the north

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.

Yes. Even after a week in Italy and France, when I came back to have cappuccino at an italian restaurant, it tasted like cat piss.
No arguments from us here, N!
