A laptop computer....don't know much about them...any recommendations on Quality, Experience with brands, etc. If anyone can get me a deal on one i would greatly appreciate that also. tia

I've had 3 Compaqs/HP's, and they are garbage.
Every Dell I've owned has been $$$$$$$$$$$$$
Son, I am Disappoint.
If you can afford it, go with an alienware.
If price is a major concern, like me, check into an hp/compaq.
I have an hp 4500 series, and it's been good to me for almost 2 years now.
also, I got mine from pcwarehouse, as a refurb and it came with a better warrenty, and I saved a few bucks for it being a refurb.

I have 2 Dells and 3 HP's and love them all ... Just needed a one with a 15:4 screen and a decent DVD burner

My g/f and I both have HP laptops for our binesses. Mine's a little over 2 years old, hers is a little under 2 years, and they've been great. My only regret is wasting the money on the extended warranty for each one at Best Buy.

i love my dell.....hated every toshiba I've ever had.
