So I went to this fish place in town, the owner is a friend of mine (played softball with him a decade ago) who told me to come there and he would hook me up.
Finally, after 9 years I stopped in, he was there of course, and he hooked me up with a NICE piece of Mahi Mahi filet (2+ lbs) for $10.
I broiled it with butter, worcestershire, lemon juice, a little garlic and thyme, and this shit was truly E-pac!
Dude's name is Charlie, he's 51 years old, and he pitches for hardcore baseball teams (18 and over leagues) around NYC area. He pitches 2-3 times a week for different teams.
2 years ago, his team won the national championship in Arizona, and he pitched 9 innings one day, came back and pitched 5 shutout innings THE VERY NEXT DAY to close the series. Dude is nailz. Oldest pitcher in the league by far, and still no one can touch him. Props.
Anyway, I'm gonna go back there at least every week, sometimes to get some great fish, other times to slob his knob, as seemingly I'm in love. In all seriousness, I was fuckin impressed.
Admins, please file this under Lecter's life chronicles, for future search purposes. Thanks.
