Police say the man had several tattoos on his body.
The word "mom," an eight ball picture and a skull picture was tattooed on his right arm.
A tattoo of a German iron cross with a Confederate flag painted within the cross was located on his left arm.
The initials "FTW" and a pumpkin were tattooed on the victim's neck, according to police.
The body was located around 8 a.m. in an open lot between two businesses by an employee on Friday.
