Wow...

a mom that does no research. Apple Juice and Orange Juice are not good for you. They more sugar than kool-aid... espically because I use 1/2 sugar. As for milk do you buy the plain ole cheap milk or the antibiotic free milk. See myself I spend the extra money ($3.00 per 1/2 gallon) and get the organic milk. We as humans get an over abundance of antibiotics from our meat and milk.

Please refrain from being entirely retarded, 8. The sugar in apple and orange juice is naturally occuring sugar, not empty calories like refined sugar and Splenda. Also, despite the fact that they contain natural sugar, they also offer nutritional value, like a serving of fruit. Can Kool-Aid do that?

:loool: @ what?

they contain some naturally occurring sugar but they do add alot of refined sugar.

Why are you worried about my kids anyway. How have I wronged you in the past for you to call me out in an ask bird33 thread?

You can actually buy 100%, all natural juice here in Canada.

Did I call you out? My apologies, I thought this bored was for pointless discussion, irrelevant banter and witless cheap shots. I must have gotten it confused with somewhere else!

OK children...

Almost all of what is good for you about an apple (or grape, orange, pear, etc etc) is in the skin and pulp. It's MUCH MUCH better to eat an apple. uices have natural sugars in them, without the fiber that would buffer the blood sugar reaction if you were eating the whole fruit. One glass of orange juice can have the juices of 2 or 3 oranges, depending upon size, and all that sugar can hit your bloodstream at once.

So while you think 100% juice is great for you because its all natural, its the same thing as kool aid.

This is why you should have to pass a test before you have kids.

my two cents

I hooked up with my wife based on her family's height and weight.

Is that what you are talking about?

8's real modest, it was height ,weight, longitude and latitude that made him settle on his bride.
